Our cancellation policy for one-way transfers/roundtrips is as follows:
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before 5:00pm(Tokyo Time) three days (72hrs) before your scheduled pick up date
100% of the total cost of the trip will be charged if you cancel AFTER 5:00pm(Tokyo Time) two days (72hrs) before your scheduled pick up date.
100% of the total cost of the trip will be charged for last minute reservation cancellations.
Our cancellation policy for charters is as follows:
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up date.
70% of the total cost of the trip will be charged if you cancel 5 days before your scheduled pick up date.
100% of the total cost of the trip will be charged if you cancel 4 days before your scheduled pick up date.
You credit card information is needed upon completing a reservation. The credit card is only intended as a guarantee until your trip is completed. Please be assured that we will only charge your card once the service is completed.

After the confirmation is sent, please print and prepare for boarding, it is important to have the original copy with you.
Please be aware that in recent years, there have been cases of con men using false MK signs to approach our customers. Be sure to ride the car that has a small MK Logo on the side of the body. If you have any suspicions, please do not hesitate to call. Our MK Driver will have a “trip ticket” similar to yours verifying the service confirmation.
